Case Study Blueprint
CarePulse Health (India)

Scaling a Telehealth Patient Portal for 200,000+ Active Patients

The Challenge

CarePulse struggled with site crashes during peak consulting hours (9 AM - 11 AM) and extremely slow EHR query load times, causing doctors to experience system latency during patient consults.

The Solution

We refactored their patient scheduling engine and EHR database. We implemented strict database index optimizations in MySQL, built an aggressive API response caching layer using Redis, and rebuilt the patient scheduling frontend in Next.js Server Components to offload rendering pressure from mobile browsers.

System & Database Architecture

Next.js SSR Client -> Nginx Router -> Laravel Core REST API -> Redis Cache -> Optimized MySQL Cluster
